Governments
have governed before and governments would govern again:but no
government had ever governed, might, could, would or should ever govern,
as he has governed India. Yes, Indians are exulting in the myriad of
fancy bills he has given in ten years, but the deadly confidence of
his/her return is somewhat more frightening than a nightmare in the
offing, for, the nightmares are transient, but, the next five year's
mayhem(with the plethora of scams, torrential inflation, rupee rolling
down a frictionless slant surface, and cornucopia of bills) will be
durable and unendurable as well.
