Who cares for the vox populi ?--Only Manmohan Singh, as the rest are busy in making opportunistic tie-ups before going to the hustings for the general elections of 2014. And the ravaging rains have crashed all the gates of the past(2Ggate,coalgate,railgate,IPLgate to name a few) making things easier for the Congress' sumptuous return, as,Indians have a very volatile memory, for, the mood of the electorates now a days is more or less influenced by the 5th pillar of a democracy.
